Don't forget your toothbrush!

Miss Tizz has gone on her first 3 day school camp. Yesterday morning Years 3 & 4 piled onto two coaches, ready for the drive to the campsite near Picton, NSW. She was last onto the bus (and we weren't late, she just took her own sweet time getting into the line), and scored a seat right at the front, so she would have had a great view on the way.

We had one excited little girl yesterday morning - up and dressed WAY earlier than normal, and literally jumping up and down with the thrill of having, in her words, "three whole parent-free days!". We wished the teachers all the best, and they tried really hard not to look too terrified.

They should be having a ball - the activities planned include a hayride, sheep shearing and a sheep dog demonstration, boomerang throwing and whip cracking, archery (which Miss Tizz is particularly looking forward to, after trying it last year), and a campfire with billy tea & damper.

I've cancelled all plans for this weekend in anticipation of someone needing to catch up on sleep ...
