Yummm! I'm not a cider expert by any means, and brewed beverages aren't generally my thing (unless we're talking coffee), but this cider is very easy to drink. Not sharp - in fact quite smooth & 'round' (and no hint of acetate!) - it was tempting just to knock it back and go back for more immediately. Considering how cheap and easy it is to make, I'm impressed.
Will try turning red grape juice into something resembling lambrusco next ...
